AFMW Advocacy

The AFMW is enthusiastic about supporting women and non-binary gender individuals and groups. We actively advocate for several key issues as listed below. The AFMW is often invited to attend seminars, workshops and presentations regarding equality, gender in medicine, gender discrimination and other topics as listed below. The AFMW advocacy effort doesn’t stop and this is the recent AFMW Submission for the Inquiry. I’d like to acknowledge the AFMW GP team who helped with this submission, especially given the pressures we face with the rollout of the COVID vaccination programs in each state. Read AFMW’s Submission.
