Australasian Doctors’ Health Conference 2022

The Australasian Doctors’ Health Conference 2022 “The Thriving Doctor: towards harmony, productivity, longevity” is being held in Adelaide, South Australia and is scheduled in Australian Central Standard Time (GMT+9:30) for Friday 2 Dec and Saturday 3 December. An exciting line-up of International Speakers and Special Guests have been confirmed. AFMW members are invited to attend.

Dear Friends of Doctors’ Health SA & Doctors’ Health NT,

As many of you know, Doctors’ Health SA is hosting the ‘Australasian Doctors’ Health Conference’ in Adelaide this year. The previous Conference was hosted by our WA colleagues in Fremantle back in 2019, and I know all doctors’ health services around Australia are looking forward to welcoming everyone to this unique conference that is purely focused on doctors’ and medical students’ health and wellbeing.

Early Bird has been extended to midnight 11^thSeptember – registration’s page.

If you have colleagues needing accommodation, please encourage them to book accommodation ASAP! Accommodation is limited that weekend (due to Supercars Car Race) the Conference website has some options, but only on hold until this Tuesday 31st August. Details of accommodation options

The Pre-Conference Workshops have a lot of interest, and limited numbers, so check them out. Creative doctors, writing workshop, medical research workshop (great for medical students) and workshop on Burnout (this one is almost sold out!).

You can sponsor a medical student to attend the Conference and meet them there OR if you are a medical student and would like to volunteersome time on one of the days, hosting presenters, directly delegates, let me know and you can come along for FREE! Numbers are limited.

Over 50 presentations on topics across all areas of doctors’ and medical students’ health and wellbeing from presenters across Australia, UK, NZ and USA.
