VMWS Specialty Ask Me Anything event series in April

The Victorian Medical Women’s Society (VMWS) is thrilled to launch our ‘Speciality Ask Me Anything Series’.

This series will run every Thursday evening in April, featuring trainees from a myriad of specialties, and will allow junior doctors to “ask her anything” regarding the training program.

Join us for an intimate, closed-door session, our aim being that everyone will be safe to speak as openly as possible.

This event will provide an exclusive and safe environment to ask any question you want in relation to the specialty pathway of your choice, no matter how sensitive it may be, and get real answers.

This event is open to all VMWS members, AFMW members and non-members!

• 7th April 2022: 6.45 PM – 8.30PM
• 14th April 2022: 7 PM – 8.30PM
• 21st April 2022: 7 PM – 8.30PM
• 28th April 2022: 7 PM – 8.30PM

14th April: ED, ICU and Anaesthetics

• Emergency: Dr Bertha Wu, ICU: Dr Madhura Naidu, Anaesthetics: Dr Queennie Reyes

21st April: General Surgery, Orthopaedics and O&G

• General Surgery: TBC, Orthopaedics: Dr Catherine Guest, O&G: Dr Siming Lu

28th April: GP, Psychiatry and Pathology

• GP: Dr Elysia Robb, Psychiatry: Dr Skye Kinder, Pathology: Dr Lydia Hill

Ticketing Details

Location: Zoom
VMWS Members: $10 per session
All others / Non-Members: $25 per session
