Who’s Holding Your Ladder? seminar is aimed at supporting women in healthcare, research, and leadership. This seminar is a joint venture between Monash Partners, Melbourne Academic Centre for Heath (MACH), Western Alliance, and AHRA Women’s Health Research Translation & Impact Network. It will be held 10am-6pm AEST, 7 May 2022 in Melbourne and online.

We are thrilled to announce that the program has been finalised and is now available for the Who’s Holding Your Ladder? seminar which is aimed at supporting women in healthcare, research, and leadership. This seminar is a joint venture between Monash Partners, Melbourne Academic Centre for Heath (MACH), Western Alliance, and AHRA Women’s Health Research Translation & Impact Network.
We have an incredible program (see below!) with a line-up of amazing speakers who will be sharing their insights and wisdom on everything to do with ‘how to climb and how to hold the ladder’. Practical tips from the ‘toolbox for success’, managing career transitions, being an advocate and an ally, growing your own leadership capability- and supporting other women to do the same. Our speakers and panels come from diverse and interesting perspectives with the remit to inspire and challenge us. This event is open to all who wish to support and promote women in healthcare, research, and leadership.
