MWS of NSW has exciting plans for 2019! We have welcomed a diverse committee of talented doctors, who are taking the lead on numerous initiatives. Our popular bi-annual dinners will be held to educate medical women and facilitate discussions amongst like minded women. A CV and interviewing workshop will provide the insight and techniques into a competitive edge in medicine. New initiatives include a revision of our social media with a greater diversity in content, a platform for discussion, and a social media policy. We are also formalising a state wide mentoring program to help medical women achieve their personal and professional goals.
