This Award was established to promote development of WPR of MWIA in recognition of Dr. Kyung Ah Park who was a beloved WPR VP and President of MWIA in 2021 by the Korean Medical Women’s Association (KMWA). This Award will be given at the WESPAC Regional Conferences.
About The Award
The Kyung Ah Park Award 2024 will be awarded during the MWIA WESPAC Regional Conference which will be held in Cebu, Philippines in July 2024.
This Award was established to promote development of WPR of MWIA in recognition of Dr. Kyung Ah Park who was a beloved WPR VP and President of MWIA in 2021 by the Korean Medical Women’s Association(KMWA). This Award will be given at the WESPAC Regional Conferences.
The Inauguration Award was given to Dr. Cissy Yu from Hong Kong Women Doctor’s Association virtually during the WPR Regional Conference organized by KMWA in a hybrid format on August 20, 2021.

The nominations will be reviewed and selected by the International Affairs Committee of KMWA. The Award Plaque and honorarium for the commemorative lecture will be provided by KMWA.
