Great news for women / people with metastatic breast cancer. Australians diagnosed with a type of metastatic breast cancer will now have access to a life prolonging treatment under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) from 1 September 2024.
It’s Mother’s Day this Sunday and many of us will be participating in fun runs and fund raisers across the country to raise awareness and money for breast cancer. Breast Cancer Network Australia has promoted this series of podcasts produced by an experienced cancer counsellor Dr Charlotte Tottman, to provide support to breast cancer survivors and their loved ones.
