[EVENT] The MWIA International Congress is being held 12-14 October in Cairo, Egypt. We hope to see a strong contingent of Australian Delegates at this 33rd International Congress of MWIA. Note, the deadline for Submission of Abstracts is soon … 15 May, 2025.

In October 2024, the MWIA (Medical Women’s International Association) celebrated its 105th birthday. AFMW is proud to be affiliated with this international organisation and share this Video and Message from the MWIA President, Dr Eleanor Nwadinobi.

The Medical Women’s International Association (MWIA) Quarterly Update – Activities of MWIA and its Regions – June 2024 is now available. AFMW is affiliated with Medical Women’s International Association, an association of medical women and students representing women doctors from all six continents and eight regions.
