The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons has taken the mantle of addressing workplace behaviour across Australia and New Zealand and one of the initiatives is a course offered for all surgeons and surgical registrars to improve communication. In order to offer the course more widely, more instructors are needed. Please consider your availability to do this important teaching.
