These coffees show why men have more cash in superannuation than women

Financial literacy is important and something we don’t receive any education in. Yet, this is an important key to achieving equality in all spheres of life.

Women still earn less, take time out of work to care for children, spouses and family elders, resulting in diminished superannuation to retire on, (see Gender equality workplace statistics at a glance 2022 article) and in my article on this in 2021 in MJA Insight+.

Hence, I decided it was worth sharing The Guardian’s evocative pictorial on how to manage funds and prepare for the future.
