“Hoping that some of our members will be able to attend this event, or perhaps selected parts … registration is essential!”
– Dr Brenda Masters, AFMW president.
Registration Open!
You must register in order to access the Virtual Portal. If you are being asked for an “invitation code” in order to log in, it means you have not registered. There is no invitation code to access the Portal. You will be prompted to create an account at the end of the registration form. If you created an account before registering, please ensure you enter the same email address.
Note about in-person events: registration for the Forum is required to receive a participant QR code. Registration is still free and open to all, however, for security reasons, you need a QR code or UN Badge to enter Parallel Event rooms.
Note to Lead Organizers: You should have received an email from Whova with information about setting up your Lead Organizer profile. This is done through the “Speaker Form.” The Speaker Form is not related to speakers you are hosting at your event. Within the Whova platform the term “Speaker” is used to refer to “Lead Organizers.” This is hard-coded into the Whova platform and cannot be changed, we apologize for any confusion.
