Adjunct Associate Professor Leanne Rowe AM is a GP and Deputy Chancellor of Monash University. She has recently established Medical Consulting Victoria, which is an independent medical practice for medical practitioners in Melbourne. Leanne is immediate past Chairman of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Her most recent book is “Save your Life and the Lives of those you Love: your GP’s 6 step plan for staying healthy longer”, which has been co-authored with Professor Michael Kidd and endorsed by the RACGP.
This keynote address will focus on the assertive clinical management of patients at risk of violent behaviour, including those with untreated psychosis and drug addiction. Topics will also include:
