Welcome to the homepage for the Western Australian Chapter of the Australian Federation of Medical Women. This Chapter is supported by the Australian Federation of Medical Women, which is keen to assist Western Australians to establish a vibrant society of medical women! There are many opportunities for medical women in WA and we hope that in future years the Western Australian Chapter will become more active locally and within the Australian Federation of Medical Women.

We encourage all WA medical women to sign up free of charge for their state and AFMW newsletter, and to join the AFMW Facebook Group and Western Australian Medical Women’s Society Facebook Group. WA women doctors can join the Australian Federation of Medical Women by completing a membership application form and sending $50 by cheque or electronic funds transfer to AFMW; membership is free for medical students.
