Welcome to the homepage for the Tasmanian Chapter of the Australian Federation of Medical Women. This Chapter is supported by the Australian Federation of Medical Women, which is keen to assist Tasmanians to establish a vibrant society of medical women! There are many opportunities for Tasmanian medical women and we hope that in future years the Tasmanian Chapter will become more active locally and within the Australian Federation of Medical Women.

We encourage all Tasmanian medical women to sign up free of charge for their state and AFMW newsletter, and to join the AFMW Facebook Group and Tasmanian Medical Women’s Society Facebook Group. Tasmanian women doctors can join the Australian Federation of Medical Women by completing this membership application form and sending $50 by cheque or electronic funds transfer to AFMW; membership is free for medical students.
