The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons has taken the mantle of addressing workplace behaviour across Australia and New Zealand and one of the initiatives is a course offered for all surgeons and surgical registrars to improve communication. In order to offer the course more widely, more instructors are needed. Please consider your availability to do this important teaching.

[EVENT] The inaugural Women in Rural Health Leadership Conference will be held in Sydney on Thursday 20 June. Designed for women in rural health who have started in, or are looking to progress to, leadership roles, it will feature a series of inspiring and practical presentations from women in leadership positions in the sector – as well as practical workshops. This 2-day online multidisciplinary course on Sexuality and Sexual Difficulties, being held 15 March and 23 March 2024, is relevant for all health practitioners, trainees and students. It will discuss the need to talk about sex, address the obstacles, and will empower the registrants to raise and discuss topics of sexuality and sexual difficulties with their patients.
