The Gender Equality Act of 2020 Victoria requires certain organisations (defined entities) to undertake a workplace gender audit and regularly collect and report data on gender equality in the workplace. The templates provided, are an excellent guide for organisations and perusal of them, will explain how to systematically undertake organisatinal culture change that will benefit all, regardless of gender and ethnicity.
