2023 Global Health 50/50 Report WORKPLACES: WORSE FOR WOMEN Analysis of workplace policies on sexual and reproductive

Global health workplaces should be frontrunners in modelling the highest possible standards for promoting the sexual and reproductive health and rights of their employees. This year’s Report from GH5050 tells a different story.

Most health institutions lack the policies and practices to support the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women, serving to perpetuate gender biases and discrimination in the workplace.

The large majority of global health CEOs and board chairs still predominantly men and the increase in women’s global health leadership and power is slow. GH5050 helps us answer these fundamental questions.
