Dr Louise Stone, a GP and researcher, is seeking financial help with the publication of a book written as a result of her research into sexual harassment in medicine.
MWS ACT & Region has encouraged her in the research and as an organisation have pledged funds towards the publication.
In 2014, I looked after a young doctor who was assaulted by her boss. As her GP, I realised the therapeutic relationship was challenging: after all, she was a doctor, he was a doctor and I am a doctor, so it was understandable there were challenges in the therapeutic relationship. That one consultation led to 10 years of work which has been been deeply challenging.

We hope that individuals may also be inspired to donate … and see it published by the end of this year!
