Exercise is an integral part of self care these easy steps outline how we can integrate this into our already hectic daily ritual. Telehealth has been a marvellous way of maintaining contact with patients during COVID and Zoom / Teams / WebEx have changed the way we attend our conferences and meetings but many of us have noticed that our backs are stiff, we move less, some kilos have been added.
