Welcome to the homepage for the Northern Territory Chapter of the Australian Federation of Medical Women. This Chapter is supported by the Australian Federation of Medical Women, which is keen to assist Territorians to establish a vibrant society of medical women! There are many opportunities for medical women in the Northern Territory and we hope that in future years the Northern Territory Chapter will become more active locally and within the Australian Federation of Medical Women.

AFMW, internationally affiliated with MWIA, seeks to ensure equity and equality for women doctors to achieve their potential in their professional and personal lives. Our Patron is Australia’s Chief Scientist, Dr Cathy Foley AO PSM.
