AFMW is an affiliate with AWHL – am very proud to have forged this relationship with AWHL – and we are in their community of practice which meets every couple of months to contribute to the project, which I participate in along with reps from their other member organisations.
Earlier this year I was invited to speak with at one of the weekly RACMA webinars. RACMA is short for Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators. I chose my own title, “Gender Equity: I’m not biased, so what’s the big issue?” Around 90 attended from Australia, HK, NZ. Chatham House rules apply to these weekly meetings. The following is an extract of my talk and resources included in the RACMA’s Quarterly Journal (Q2 2021), “Changing Workplace Culture in the Health System”.
